Alnico is an alloy containing Aluminium (Al), Nickel (Ni), Cobalt (Co). Magnets made from Alnico are widely used in all kinds of sensors, meters, electronics, and medical instruments among other uses.
We carry all 29 grades of Alnico for both custom manufacturing and stock option. Carried in both Sintered and Cast varieties.
Alnico can be molded into intricate and complex shapes unlike other magnetic materials. It has high magnetic flux density, is resistant to corrosion and has excellent temperature stability.
